Hi, I just figured that this is a journal and I need a quick rant, so I'll write here. I am working two part-time jobs this summer, which is cool, and need to pluck up the courage to ask for time off for the one I really want to be doing...and like now, instead of being on DeviantArt, lol. But my manager kinda scares me...but then again a lot of things scare me so maybe I should just get it over with...but after I use up more time. Oh, and I lost my keys.

What is happening? I thought I was responsible.
Also, more relevant: I have new artwork that I should photograph so that I can post it up here.

And along with that, I hope to paint a series this summer so that I can have this local pup showcase my stuff sometime in or after August. I know it isn't a real show, but it's getting closer to that.

And maybe I can sell some work while I'm at it. It will be like an experiment to see if 'Burque people will buy my stuff. I think I will price it modestly...and I imagine the pub gets a good share too, but whateva.
One of my girlies just graduated with a BFA and she's going to be working at a portrait studio so that is kinda rad, and kinda not all at the same time. I don't have much more than a year for my degree, so I'm starting to freak. There is always more school...and debt. Another girl who just graduated is going to Pratt next fall too, so who knows. Maybe I can be a vagabond artist and live on a commune for a while lol. A dashing, romantic idea right?
